Who We Need: Our Business Law practice group is seeking a corporate attorney with 3 to 10 years’ of relevant experience to work in our Buffalo, NY office. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, confident, and enjoys working in a team setting. If you believe you possess these qualities, read on.

Corporate Attorney Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Handling mergers and acquisitions
  • Commercial contract negotiating, reviewing, and drafting
  • Advising clients on business start-up matters including formation of the proper legal entity 
  • Advising clients on a broad array of general business matters
  • Advising clients on business succession planning

Corporate Attorney Requirements:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
  • 3 to 10 years’ experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team setting
  • Strong interest in business development.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
