Stephen Stachowski is an associate in the Firm’s property law group where he focuses his practice on insurance law including areas such as: subrogation, coverage disputes, and insurance defense litigation. Although Stephen is young and inexperienced, he leans on the firm’s more experienced attorneys for guidance in his professional development.
While pursuing his law degree at Penn State, Stephen served as a Senior Editor on the Arbitration Law Review pursuing topics such the intricacies of Jewish arbitration; the merits of employee adhesive arbitration clauses; and the philosophical implications of arbitration on a person’s right to a jury trial. Stephen also gained recognition for his efforts conducting public interest work during his legal studies. Moreover, on home football Saturdays, Stephen ensured his law school classmates were up to the task of cheering on the Nittany Lions, loudly and proudly, by helping throw award-winning tailgates.
Stephen is a locally grown product from Elma, NY and loves supporting his alma maters: St. Francis High School, Notre Dame, and Penn State.
