Having grown up in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains, I became an avid hiker. Whether it’s a summit with a great view or reaching a resolution for one of my clients, I thrive on pushing through challenges knowing I’m one step closer to a worthwhile destination. I apply this same thorough determination while on a path with my insurance defense and civil litigation clients. When working with zoning laws or ordinance enforcement, I am a dedicated defender of municipal entities including cities, towns, and school districts in an arc of cases ranging from small claims trials in tiny Adirondack mountain towns to federal litigation arising from alleged constitutional violations.
