With a philosophy that calls for both confronting claims and transferring risk of loss, Kevin Kruppa delivers successful outcomes to his clients as part of our insurance litigation defense group. He focuses his practice on the defense of individuals and businesses in personal injury and property damage actions involving motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, premises liability, and products liability.
Kevin’s extensive experience includes counseling clients through all phases of litigation, as well as alternatives such as mediation and arbitration. He is also experienced in appellate practice and has successfully prepared and argued appeals before the Appellate Division, Fourth Department. Prior to joining our firm, Kevin’s practice focused on the defense of Federal Employers’ Liability Act claims for a major Class 1 railroad as well as commercial evictions. During law school, he was a member of the Buffalo Law Review where he served as a publications editor.
