Jamie Batt delivers a signature combination of commitment, spirit, and energy to keep our clients and community thriving. As a partner in our business law and litigation practice group, Jamie concentrates on mergers and acquisitions; business organization, operating agreements and partnership agreements; business succession planning; corporate restructuring, contract review and negotiation; and commercial lease review and negotiation. She also counsels not-for-profits on their unique concerns.

She received her J.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School where she served as the Business Editor of the Buffalo Criminal Law Review and was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court Board. During her undergraduate time at Duquesne University, Jamie was a scholarship member of the Division I women’s tennis team.
