Chad Davenport is an associate in our Insurance Defense practice group. Chad also provides support within our Labor & Employment practice group.
Chad assists with the firm’s Civil Rights Practice Group. He helps to guide clients through the process of protecting their constitutional rights when they have been falsely arrested, maliciously prosecuted, or charged criminally under false pretenses. As a firm believer that the rights and freedoms we are guaranteed as citizens of the United States is not a privilege that should be taken lightly, he zealously advocates for clients who have had their civil rights unjustifiably violated.
Chad is a proud alum of the University of Buffalo, where he pursued both his undergraduate and law degree. While in law school, Chad was a Publications Editor for the Buffalo Law Review, President of the Jessup Moot Court, and President of the Buffalo Environmental Law Society. As a competitor in the Jessup Moot Court competition, he helped lead his team to the International Rounds and was named a Top Oralist in both the years that he competed.
