As an associate attorney in our business law and litigation group, Ben Burge represents and counsels businesses of every size from local sole proprietors and not-for-profits to international corporations, helping his clients accomplish their goals no matter the commercial need. His areas of focus encompass a wide range of business needs, including formation, corporate governance and mergers and acquisitions, as well as contract disputes, business litigation, and foreclosure and collection matters.
Prior to joining Rupp Baase, Ben practiced at a New York City litigation firm, and previously worked for several intellectual property firms. He earned his J.D. cum laude from New York Law School, where he was a member of the school’s Moot Court Association and was a semi-finalist in a national moot court competition. Ben was a NCAA Division I scholarship swimmer during his undergraduate studies at Fordham University.
