Anne Bowling assists clients in crafting litigation and business strategies for their long term success. She represents clients in complex civil and criminal matters in federal and state court and counsels clients on how to successfully navigate complex regulatory regimes.
In addition, Anne conducts internal reviews of clients’ business practices and develops defense strategies and compliance plans based on the results of those reviews. She has represented clients appearing before federal agencies, including the Department of Justice, the Securities & Exchange Commission, and the Federal Communications Commission. Prior to joining Rupp Baase, Anne worked in a nationally recognized telecommunications law and litigation boutique in Washington, D.C.
Anne received her J.D. from the Georgetown University Law Center where she served as an editor of the American Criminal Law Review, and her B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.
