As partner and head of our commercial real estate practice group, Horace Gioia brings over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions. He represents builders, real estate developers, and investors in matters relating to real estate development, land use, zoning, and commercial lending.

In addition to his practice, Horace often speaks at seminars and before large groups of real estate brokers, investors, and mortgage lenders on all levels of real property matters.

Outside of our firm, Horace has an extensive history of community involvement, including his role on the Board of Directors of the Center for Hospice and Palliative Care Foundation, the Board of Trustees of Medaille College, Executive Committee Member of the Buffalo Niagara Partnership Can-Am Council and Past President of the Buffalo Renaissance Foundation.
